Pack Helps Reunite Lost Dog With Owner

Updated: Apr 5

On Monday, March 9, 2020, we were notified through Instagram that a newly adopted pup named Frankie had slipped her collar and was missing in Bushwick. The next day, a good samaritan spotted Frankie with a man near PS145 and recorded details of his vehicle.

Upon receiving this new information, we contacted NCO Sgt. Anna Serrano at the NYPD's 83rd Precinct. Sgt. Serrano immediately sprung into action, contacting Frankie's owner to verify the information we sent her. Later that day, we were notified that the NYPD were en route to retrieve the lost dog.

Thanks to the quick actions of the good samaritan, Bushwick dog community, and the NCOs at the 83rd Precinct, Frankie was found safe and reunited with her owner!
